I have created a database for clients to utilize during off days away from the gym. Please take the time and read the articles in the side bar as it will improve both your general knowledge base and reasoning as to why I choose specific workouts and exercises over others. Use this information wisely and attempt all workouts with proper form. Never substitute form for a hard workout! I suggest that you perform your workouts and post stats under the "comments section." This should improve self progress as competition fuels us to push further.
